• Girls: One-piece leotard is required and long hair must be in a ponytail where hair is up and away from the face.

• Boys: Shirt and pull on shorts

• Tumbling: Shirt and pull on shorts for boys and girls or leotard for girl

• Bare feet only for all classes. No clip hair bows or jewelry.

Parents and guests are welcome to watch your child’s gymnastics class in our observation area. For safety and insurance reasons, anyone who is not participating in a class or on Staff with Spivey’s Gymnastics is not allowed in the gym at any time.

• Tuition is based on a four-week payment system. All scheduled vacations are factored into monthly tuition fees.

• Monthly tuition may be paid by Credit/Debit Card, online banking or you may set up an Automatic Draft payment by filling out the Automatic Draft Form and returning it to our office. Automatic Draft will be set up on the 1^st of the month.

• Tuition is due by the 1^st of each month. A $10 late fee will be applied to your child’s account if tuition is not received by the 10^th of the month.

• Unpaid tuition will automatically forfeit your child’s space in his/her class and all tuition and late fees must be paid in full prior to your child returning to class and before any make up classes are issued.

• Make up classes must be scheduled with the office by the end of the month in which the class was missed. There is no make up practice for PreTeam and Team gymnasts.

• We do not credit or refund missed classes.

• All make up classes will be held during Open Gym. You may obtain additional information by clicking on the Open Gym Information Page.

• We understand that there may be a time you need to withdrawal your child from Spivey’s Gymnastics. To formally withdraw, you must fill out the Member Cancellation Form and return it to the office.

• This form must be received by the 20^th of the month to avoid your child’s account being billed for the following month.

• You are responsible for any unpaid tuition and late fees prior to and after your Member Cancellation Form has been received.

• Parents are required to stay with their children until a member of the Spivey’s Gymnastics Staff takes over responsibility at the beginning of any scheduled activity.

• Parents must be on time when picking up their child/children and come into our facility to pick them up.

• For the safety of all, no children are allowed to wait outside the facility to be picked up or exit the facility without adult supervision.

We will follow Barrow County Public Schools in the event of any inclement weather.
