We Provide:

• Set up: refreshment area, gymnastics equipment

• Invitations: map and release form

• Paper products: tablecloths, napkins, plates, cups, forks
  
  Girls 2-5: yellow tablecloth & Disney Princess theme
  Girls 6+: red tablecloth & gymnastics theme
  Boys: blue tablecloth & happy birthday theme
   

• Drinks: Hawaiian Punch

• Gift: Spivey’s Gymnastics T shirt for the birthday child

  You Bring:

• cake (serving utensil) and any additional refreshments
• camera/video camera
• candles/matches
• decorations (no table confetti please)

  Policies:

• party is for up to 13 children including birthday child, additional guests are allowed at $5 per guest
• only children with a signed liability form will be allowed to participate
• parties are booked on a first come, first serve basis
• parties may be scheduled Saturday & Sunday afternoon
• gym must be notified the Wednesday prior to party of an approximate number of guests expected to attend
• all remaining balance is to paid in full upon the completion of the party

  Fees & Format

• fees include a $50 non-refundable deposit
• ages 2 & 3: 1 hour party (40 minutes of gym time & 20 minutes for refreshments) $140
• ages 4+: 1 ½ party (60 minutes of gym time & 30 minutes for refreshments) $160
• We can accommodate 2 & 3 year olds with 1 ½ hr party, upon request for an  additional $20
